What a week looks like

The same shape every week for twelve weeks. Only what goes inside the blocks changes. Wednesday and Thursday start earlier because of the networking groups.

If a day falls apart, cut the priority project. Never the dials, never the reels. Four goals hang off two numbers: dials made and videos shipped.

One video a week

Script it Monday, film it Tuesday, rough-cut Wednesday, upload Thursday. Affiliate link on line one of every description, pinned comment on every video, and say the subscribe ask out loud at the payoff moment.

Three reels a week

Film all three in one Tuesday sitting. They post Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday — Sunday’s gets scheduled on Saturday so you never work a Sunday. One of the three has to be a collab.

Two rooms a week

Both weekly anchors are recurring, so they’re on every week. Extras are listed on the week they fall in. Confirm times the day before — groups move venues without updating every listing.
